The apartment has a spacious living room with integrated kitchenette.
Thanks to its large windows and independent blinds, you will be able to regulate the intensity of the natural light that bathes this space.
The master bedroom has a large and comfortable 180X200 bed. The en-suite bathroom is a plus for your comfort.
The second bedroom has two comfortable beds of 90X200cm
The building has 24h security and a rooftop restaurant. On this floor you will also find a gym and a summer swimming pool, both of which can be hired directly on site.
Surroundings
Crossing Plaza de Colón, we enter Barrio de Salamanca, a shopping benchmark in Madrid, while the best fashion brands are to be found on Madrid’s Golden Mile, all at a 5-minute walking distance. The Casino Gran Madrid Colón is located a few metres away from the apartment. There are many and varied culinary options in the area, from small and colourful places in the Barrio de Justicia and Chueca areas to trendy restaurants such as Ten con Ten, Amazónico and Platea. 10–15 minutes on foot, we can find our city’s great cultural benchmarks, the Prado Museum, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum and the Caixa-Forum. However, the authentic heart of Madrid is El Retiro, as walking through its beautiful gardens is an essential activity during any visit to the city.
Shopping
Se encuentra localizado en una de las mejores zonas comerciales. Si planeas ir de compras durante tu visita a Madrid, podrás encontrar tiendas de grandes marcas como Louis Vuitton o Hermes a tan solo unas calles del apartamento. También contramos muy próximo El Corte Inglés, donde podremos encontrar tiendas como Bobbi Brown, Burberry, Chanel, Dior o Suárez. Si tienes pensado ir de compras, gracias a este apartamento y su ubicación priviligiada, no tendrás que desplazarte muy lejos para hacerlo
Comer
Si decides tomarte un descanso de tus compras y quieres disfrutar de la íncreible gastronomia del País, te será fácil encontrar mágnificos restaurantes donde hacerlo. En las proximidades del apartamento encontrarás restaurantes como La Bien Aparecida, Punto MX o el restaurante de Ramón Freixa. Además, a unos 10 minutos podemos encontrar la Platea, el centro de ocio gastronómico más grande de Europa. Este lugar cuenta con más de 6000 metros cuadrados para disfrutar del ocio y los restaurantes que nos ofrece.
Fiesta
Para salir por la noche encontraras los sitios mas de moda en Madrid a unos pasos del apartamento. Discotecas como Gabana Club, Serrano 41, Le Boutique Club. También a 12 minutos caminando puedes dar con el casino más exclusivo de Madrid, llamado Casino Gran Madrid Colón.
Cultura
Esta zona destaca también por su riqueza cultural. Se situa muy próximo al paseo del Prado donde podrás visitar el Museo del Prado o el Museo Thyssen Bornemisza. Por otro lado, puedes encontrar el Museo Arqueologico y el Museo de Cera a 6 minutos andando o el Museo Naval a 10 minutos.
The rules
Parties
Holding parties in the apartment is absolutely forbidden – the apartment is located in a building where other people have their homes, so it is extremely important to show them respect by not being noisy and especially keeping noise to a minimum between 11 pm and 10 am. That way, they can get a good night’s sleep!
Noise
Try not to make strange noises or run in the building’s common areas, especially at night. Following these noise-related rules is important for other people in the building and our relationship with them, so we ask you to comply with them. Please do not rent one of our apartments if you think it will be hard to follow these rules.
Smoking
Smoking is forbidden in the apartment, including the living room, kitchen, bathrooms and all the bedrooms. However, feel free to smoke on the terrace. Please be clean and careful, and refrain from using glassware or plates as ashtrays.
Lost keys
The front door to the apartment has a Fichet security lock. If you lose your keys, a new set will involve a cost of €90. You will receive a text message upon your arrival with the number of keys we have delivered to you. If you have lost your keys, please contact your host as soon as possible.
In case of non-compliance….
In case of non-compliance with these rules or if other residents make legitimate complaints, we will deduct 50% of your deposit. If this situation continues, you will be expelled from the apartment with no right to a refund for time not used, and the deposit will not be returned. If an object breaks or gets lost, please let us know as soon as possible so we can replace the item as soon as possible. If the item is of low value, such as a glass, plate, etc. we will not make any deductions from the deposit. Any other kind of damage or loss will mean a deduction for the amount of the damage.
Our beds
We highly value your rest. All beds are made to the highest standards for comfort; mattresses and pillows are memory foam and hypoallergenic, as is the 100%-cotton bed linen.
