Twin Room
This colourful and vibrant twin room combines bright red and white in its walls with rich textiles that make it a delight to spend the night in. It has two individual twin beds of 90 x 200 cm. If you wish, you can also remove the bedside table and join the two beds to make a larger bed of 180 x 200 cm. This room shares a full bathroom with the Bunk Bedroom.

This modern, colourful room is ideal for both youngsters and adults. With its spectacular three windows, it’s bathed in sunlight. This room has a bunk bed and alongside the twin room shares a full bathroom with a large shower.

The Kitchen
The kitchen connects with the living/dining room. It is practical and fully furnished with the most modern appliances. It has a Nespresso, a ceramic hob and all the small appliances you need like a washing machine. You will find everything you need to make you feel at home.

In addition to these high specifications as well as the entire building being adapted for those with a disability, one of the stars of the remodelling of the building is its amazing new solarium, with an ample relaxation and sunbathing area, and the incredible one-of-a-kind rooftop pool, unique in Madrid.

It is located in one of the best commercial areas. If you plan to go shopping during your visit to Madrid, you can find big brand stores such as Louis Vuitton or Hermes just a few blocks from the apartment. We are also very close to El Corte Inglés, where you can find stores such as Bobbi Brown, Burberry, Chanel, Dior or Suárez. If you plan to go shopping, thanks to this apartment and its privileged location, you won’t have to travel far to do so.
Food and drink
If you decide to take a break from shopping and want to enjoy the incredible cuisine of the city, it is easy to find magnificent restaurants nearby, such as La Bien Aparecida, Punto MX or Ramón Freixa’s restaurant. In addition, about 10 minutes away, you will find the Platea, the largest gastronomic centre in Europe with over 6,000 square metres of space.
Nightlife
For a night out, you will find the most fashionable places in Madrid just a few steps from the apartment. Nightclubs like Gabana Club, Serrano 41, Le Boutique Club. Also, within a 12-minute walk, you can find the most exclusive casino in Madrid, called Casino Gran Madrid Colón.
Culture
This area also stands out for its cultural offerings. Located very close to the Paseo del Prado you can visit the world-famous Prado and Thyssen Bornemisza museums. You can also find the Archaeological Museum and the Wax Museum only a 6-minute walk away, or the Naval Museum a mere 10-minute walk away.
The rules
Parties
Holding parties in the apartment is absolutely forbidden – the apartment is located in a building where other people have their homes, so it is extremely important to show them respect by not being noisy and especially keeping noise to a minimum between 11 pm and 10 am. That way, they can get a good night’s sleep!
Noise
Try not to make strange noises or run in the building’s common areas, especially at night. Following these noise-related rules is important for other people in the building and our relationship with them, so we ask you to comply with them. Please do not rent one of our apartments if you think it will be hard to follow these rules.
Smoking
Smoking is forbidden in the apartment, including the living room, kitchen, bathrooms and all the bedrooms. However, feel free to smoke on the terrace. Please be clean and careful, and refrain from using glassware or plates as ashtrays.
Lost keys
The front door to the apartment has a Fichet security lock. If you lose your keys, a new set will involve a cost of €90. You will receive a text message upon your arrival with the number of keys we have delivered to you. If you have lost your keys, please contact your host as soon as possible.
In case of non-compliance…
In case of non-compliance with these rules or if other residents make legitimate complaints, we will deduct 50% of your deposit. If this situation continues, you will be expelled from the apartment with no right to a refund for time not used, and the deposit will not be returned. If an object breaks or gets lost, please let us know as soon as possible so we can replace the item as soon as possible. If the item is of low value, such as a glass, plate, etc. we will not make any deductions from the deposit. Any other kind of damage or loss will mean a deduction for the amount of the damage.
Our beds
We highly value your rest. All beds are made to the highest standards for comfort; mattresses and pillows are memory foam and hypoallergenic, as is the 100%-cotton bed linen.
