Spacious 180 m2 flat, distributed in 3 bedrooms with private en-suite bathroom, 1 separate bathroom, 1 toilet, living room with kitchenette and dining room.
This penthouse is characterised by its unique design, carefully thought out and cared for to preserve its original essence.
Numerous windows, located all around the perimeter and on the walls and ceilings, provide natural light and a beautiful view of the city centre.
Each room can be set to the desired temperature thanks to the air-conditioning system and underfloor heating/cooling in micro-cement at any time of the year.
The three bedrooms have double beds, and two more double beds can be added in two of the bedrooms.
The kitchen has all the necessary appliances, kitchenware and small electrical appliances such as juicer, toaster, blender, mixer and iron.
The flat is also prepared for children, with a cot and a highchair.

Shopping
Located in the city centre, it is ideal for exploring the diverse and fascinating local shops. It is also close to the famous Gran Vía, where you can find brands such as Desigual, Zara, H&M and the official Real Madrid shop. Calle Fuencarral is another splendid option: one of the great shopping areas of the city where you can find shops such as Michael Kors, Custo Barcelona, Adolfo Domínguez or Levi’s. In Puerta del Sol, you will find the Apple Store and large shops such as El Corte Inglés and FNAC.
Restaurants
The flat is located in the perfect area to try different types of cuisine; some examples are La Cerda de Chueca, Taberna La Carmencita and Taberna El Buo. You will also find authentic Spanish tapas in classic taverns such as Casa Labra or Lhardy. For more gourmet tastes, you have the option of visiting La Terraza del Casino, a two-Michelin-Star restaurant run by Chef Paco Roncero, or the restaurant Dos Cielos Madrid, run by the Torres Brothers.
Nightlife
If you want to experience Madrid’s nightlife, you are in luck, because many of the trendiest places are in this area, from small indie or hipster style clubs around Calle Fuencarral and Sol, to terraces such as The Room, Grand&Café, Tartan Room and Sky Lounge. If you prefer bigger clubs, Shoko and Kapital are the places for you.
Culture
The flat is located in one of Madrid’s most modern and exclusive areas, not far from the city’s various attractions. You will be able to explore Gran Vía and admire buildings from many architectural periods. Of particular interest is the Barrio de las Austrias, which contains some of the city’s most famous buildings such as the Royal Palace or the Almudena Cathedral. If you want to soak up even more culture, the Prado, Reina Sofía and Thyssen museums are just 15 minutes away by taxi or public transport.
The rules
Parties
Holding parties in the apartment is absolutely forbidden – the apartment is located in a building where other people have their homes, so it is extremely important to show them respect by not being noisy and especially keeping noise to a minimum between 11 pm and 10 am. That way, they can get a good night’s sleep!
Noise
Try not to make strange noises or run in the building’s common areas, especially at night. Following these noise-related rules is important for other people in the building and our relationship with them, so we ask you to comply with them. Please do not rent one of our apartments if you think it will be hard to follow these rules.
Smooking
Smoking is forbidden in the apartment, including the living room, kitchen, bathrooms and all the bedrooms. However, feel free to smoke on the terrace. Please be clean and careful, and refrain from using glassware or plates as ashtrays.
Lost keys
The front door to the apartment has a Fichet security lock. If you lose your keys, a new set will involve a cost of €90. You will receive a text message upon your arrival with the number of keys we have delivered to you. If you have lost your keys, please contact your host as soon as possible.
In case of non-compliance…
In case of non-compliance with these rules or if other residents make legitimate complaints, we will deduct 50% of your deposit. If this situation continues, you will be expelled from the apartment with no right to a refund for time not used, and the deposit will not be returned. If an object breaks or gets lost, please let us know as soon as possible so we can replace the item as soon as possible. If the item is of low value, such as a glass, plate, etc. we will not make any deductions from the deposit. Any other kind of damage or loss will mean a deduction for the amount of the damage.
Our beds
We highly value your rest. All beds are made to the highest standards for comfort; mattresses and pillows are memory foam and hypoallergenic, as is the 100%-cotton bed linen.
